FLOW

 ‘Be creative, be engaged, be involved, just be.’

Flow  is St. Stephens midweek congregation.  It might be described as ‘fresh expression’ or ‘alternative worship’.  As far as we're concerned, it's an alternative and creative service approaching worship from different angles, with plenty to engage mind, body and spirit.

We try to be open and accessible to all ages, no matter what stage people are at with God. Sessions tend to be informal and contemplative in style, though we try and offer variety. 

Flow meets once a month on a wednesday evening and in the past meetings have included prayer installations, multi-media presentations, bring-your-own stations and eating a meal together.
