Hire a Venue - Booking Rates

St Stephen’s Community Centre

There are three halls available for hire:

• the lounge

• the games hall
• the main hall

The hire charge for each hall is £12 per hour

Minimum payment - £24.00

Party Rate - we are able to offer a special party rate of £72, which covers the hire of all 3 halls for 3 hours (additional hours £30 per hour)

Discount - we are able to offer a discount of 10% for 5 or more bookings paid in advance.

Retention - £25, returned if halls left clean and tidy. This is a separate payment by cash, or cheque which will be destroyed if the premises are left in a satisfactory condition.

Payments - due 7 days in advance. Cheques payable to ‘PCC St Stephen’ at the Church Office.

Cancellation - full refund available if 7 days’ notice given.
